This hotel is great, and has fast wi-fi, 24-hour reception, air conditioning, and in-room breakfast. I remember how the staff helped me print my boarding pass during my first stay. I highly recommend it for a comfortable visit, and I'm coming back for a business trip.

The room was airy & reasonably large, came with balcony view. The location was marvellous, not far from a local boulangerie for delicious quiche and fresh baked pastries.

Nice, clean hotel close to the old town and right in the port of Sete. Perfect for 1-2 nights stay. Fair report price /quality. Garage. Very kind and supportive receptionist.
No minibar; you should ask for water at the reception desk. Bathroom without ventilation. Though provided with a large window, this was blocked by painting. Minimal furniture.

Charming location near the canal
Waking up to the charm of Sete from our small balcony was a delight. The staff was friendly and ensured we felt welcome .
The drafty windows were annoying with constant rattling at night, and parking was a struggle due to limited availability.

Attractive older building well modernised for current usage centrally situated in Sete alongside the canal and thus a short walk from the main restaurant area - much further to the beaches. The room was spotless and well presented if a bit minimal. The room was quietish as it was at the rear of the hotel. The toilet and ensuite were separate and the shower was above the bath and altho' perfectly functional I would have preferred a separate shower cubicle. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would agree with other reviewers comments about the breakfast - altho' it was acceptable better value might be had elsewhere. No tea/coffee facilities in the room but this is not standard practice in French hotels, anyway. I would definitely stay again.
As mentioned above the breakfast is a bit pricey and presented on a take-it or leave-it basis. Would prefer a shower cubicle to one over the bath.

Location is good for Sete
Lacked charm and smelt musty. No shower screen and water temp is changeable. Breakfast - no choice. The cheaper rooms r small without view and upgrade to the more expensive room is recommended. The courtyard was shut up when we visited. Staff are friendly and informative.

Large room with separate bathroom and toilet. Convenient for the centre of the town.
For the price - compared to other French hotels visited - the breakfast wasn't that sparkling - considering fruit and bread locally available. Unlimited sugar should also be made available. 2 packs really isn't sufficient - especially for use with very strong coffee, naturel yoghourt etc.

We had such a great time! The location is perfect by the canal. The breakfast was amazing, and the art in the communal areas gave the place a unique vibe. The staff were super good and cute. A private garage was a nice bonus 😊

The hotel and room were clean and very suitable for our purposes. The location in Sete was superb with a very short walk to all the restaurants/shops in the harbour and to the town centre. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was 9 euros and probably value for money however there are other establishments nearby that you can use instead if you just want a quick/small breakfast. Dinner is not available at the hotel but this did not matter as there are so many local restaurants nearby that are priced relatively cheaply that we wanted to try anyway.

Location on harbour, near to dozens of fish restaurants. Good parking. Comfortable beds. Toiletries good quality. Helpful reception staff. Free wifi - but not tried. Back room very quiet
Steps up to lift and down to garage - not suitable for less mobile.Toilet space very small. Shower head loose, kept sliding down. Sink plug leaked. Hard pillows.Bathroom window sealed shut - pity. Note: Parking outside garage on meters or underground only so need to reserve hotel space which is limited. Breakfast expensive, so took it at nearby patisserie which was great.

The hotel offers a great location near the canal, ideal for exploring Sete, though the walk to the beach is a bit longer. Friendly staff and clean amenities made the stay enjoyable, but be aware that the parking situation can be a challenge if you have a larger vehicle.

Had a blast with friends! The staff was super lovely and helpful. We enjoyed visiting the Theatre of the Sea, and the nearby canal offered scenic boat rides. The location was perfect with easy access to restaurants and shops. The room wassuper clean and cozy.
On the downside, the Wi-Fi was pretty poor, frustrating at times .

The hotel is situated in an excellent position next to the quayside and lots of restaurants. It is a traditional hotel with plenty of style. Our room was comfortable and quiet. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We were fortunate to get the last parking space as the carpark is small at the rear of the hotel and public parking spaces could be difficult to find at peak times. We had a really nice breakfast in the courtyard garden.
